How the platform works

Submit a request
The ordering party sends a request describing the candidate's situation and desired outcome.

Candidate consents to data sharing
The candidate reviews the exact fields to be shared and grants explicit, revocable consent.

Provider reviews and accepts
The service provider reviews the request after consent is granted and accepts, declines or asks for clarification.

Ordering party selects the payer
The ordering party nominates who will be financially responsible — Candidate, Recruiter or Employer.

Payer accepts responsibility
The nominated payer explicitly accepts payment responsibility. An immutable payer-acceptance record is created.

Booking is confirmed
Once acceptance is captured the booking is pinned to the exact offering version and confirmed.

Provider invoices the payer directly
The provider issues its own invoice to the payer, following applicable tax and consumer rules.
Privacy-first coordination
Candidate data is never shared with a provider until the candidate reviews the exact fields and explicitly consents. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Payer accepts responsibility
The nominated payer explicitly accepts payment responsibility. An immutable payer-acceptance record is created.
Wings49 Hub does not handle money.
Providers invoice payers directly. Wings49 Hub only records the booking, the provider's invoice reference and whether it has been reported as paid. This keeps the platform neutral and preserves the direct commercial relationship between provider and payer.
